Training Program

Chris’s experiences working with top athletes at the PeeWee, Bantam, and Midget levels have had a huge impact on the evolution of this program. Each stage of the small group program is set up with consideration of the age and current capabilities of each athlete. Each athlete will be challenged and pushed in ways that will help them to learn how their body works and how far they are capable of pushing various attributes of their body.

The objective is to improve on key performance indicators that have been identified as the most meaningful for hockey players. The typical outcome of this objective is that the athlete becomes more confident in their physical and mental maturity.
